Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aurumgrouptx.com and your interactions with Aurum Group LLC, doing business as Aurum One Property Solutuons (“Aurum One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, submitting a service request, or requesting a quote through the website, you agree to these Terms as they relate to your use of the website.

Additional terms may apply to individual services or projects.

1. ABOUT AURUM ONE

Aurum One provides and helps coordinate property-related services, which may include residential and commercial cleaning, post-construction services, property maintenance, and other property solutions.

Depending on the nature of a project, services may be performed directly by Aurum One personnel or coordinated with appropriate independent professionals or service providers.

Availability of specific services may vary based on location, scope, scheduling, qualifications required, and other project conditions.

2. WEBSITE PURPOSE

This website is intended to:

  • Provide information about Aurum One
  • Describe available property services
  • Allow users to submit cleaning or service requests
  • Allow users to request estimates or quotes
  • Provide informational property resources
  • Facilitate communication with Aurum One

Information on the website is general and does not constitute a binding offer to perform services.

3. REQUESTING A QUOTE OR SERVICE

Submitting a website form, requesting a quote, sending photographs, or contacting Aurum One does not automatically create a service contract or guarantee availability.

A service or project becomes confirmed only after the applicable details have been reviewed and the parties agree to the relevant:

  • Scope of work
  • Pricing
  • Scheduling
  • Property access
  • Payment terms
  • Service-specific requirements

Aurum One may decline a request when a service is unavailable, outside our service area, outside our scope, unsafe, impractical, or otherwise unsuitable.

4. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

Quotes and estimates are prepared based on information reasonably available at the time, including information supplied by the customer.

Pricing may depend on factors such as:

  • Property size
  • Property condition
  • Requested scope
  • Service type
  • Photos or documentation provided
  • Accessibility
  • Materials or equipment required
  • Labor requirements
  • Site conditions
  • Additional services requested
  • Conditions discovered after work begins

If actual conditions differ materially from the information originally provided, Aurum One may discuss an appropriate adjustment to scope, pricing, or scheduling before additional work proceeds.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing complete and reasonably accurate information about the property and requested services.

When applicable, clients must:

  • Provide lawful and safe access to the property
  • Provide accurate service-location information
  • Identify known hazards or unsafe conditions
  • Disclose known property conditions that may affect the work
  • Identify restricted areas
  • Provide gate, building, parking, alarm, or access instructions
  • Secure valuables, confidential documents, firearms, and other sensitive personal items
  • Comply with applicable building, HOA, property-management, or access requirements

Aurum One is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, unavailable access, undisclosed conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. SERVICE COORDINATION AND THIRD-PARTY PROFESSIONALS

A key part of Aurum One’s service model is simplifying property-service coordination.

Depending on the requested project, Aurum One may assist with identifying, scheduling, communicating with, or coordinating appropriate professionals or service providers.

Specialized or regulated work will be assigned or referred to appropriately qualified professionals when required by applicable law or the nature of the work.

The exact role of Aurum One and any third-party professional will depend on the approved scope for the particular service or project.

7. CHANGES TO THE APPROVED SCOPE

Any work outside the originally approved scope may require:

  • Additional authorization
  • Revised pricing
  • Additional time
  • A schedule change
  • Additional materials or professionals

Except when otherwise agreed, customers will be informed of material scope or pricing changes before additional work is authorized.

8. SCHEDULING AND PROPERTY ACCESS

Appointment and project dates are subject to availability.

Estimated arrival or completion times may be affected by traffic, weather, prior appointments, property conditions, supply availability, third-party scheduling, emergencies, or other circumstances outside Aurum One’s reasonable control.

Customers must provide the agreed method of property access at the scheduled time.

Service-specific rescheduling and cancellation requirements may be communicated during booking, in a quote, confirmation, invoice, or separate service agreement.

9. PAYMENT

Pricing and payment requirements may vary depending on the type and scope of service.

Applicable payment terms, deposits when required, payment schedules, accepted methods, and other financial terms will be communicated as part of the applicable service confirmation, estimate, invoice, or project agreement.

Customers are responsible for paying amounts properly authorized and due for completed or approved work in accordance with the applicable agreement.

10. PROPERTY CONDITIONS AND EXISTING DAMAGE

Aurum One may document visible property conditions before service begins.

Customers should disclose known damage, fragile items, unusual surfaces, prior repairs, hazardous conditions, or other circumstances that may affect service.

Normal wear, pre-existing damage, deterioration, improper installation, defective materials, or conditions not caused by Aurum One are not considered damage caused by the service.

11. PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION

Aurum One may photograph service areas before, during, or after work for legitimate purposes such as:

  • Recording existing conditions
  • Confirming the approved scope
  • Monitoring project progress
  • Documenting completed work
  • Quality assurance
  • Maintaining service records
  • Resolving questions or concerns

Use of identifiable client or property photographs for advertising or promotional purposes will be handled separately when permission is appropriate or required.

12. QUALITY CONCERNS AND SERVICE FOLLOW-UP

If a customer has a concern regarding completed work, we encourage the customer to contact Aurum One promptly and provide sufficient information to allow the matter to be reviewed.

When appropriate, Aurum One may request photographs, inspect the affected area, communicate with the professional involved, or determine an appropriate next step based on the applicable service agreement and circumstances.

13. PROPERTY RESOURCES AND INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS

Checklists, guides, maintenance schedules, articles, and other materials available through the Resources section are provided for general educational and property-planning purposes.

They do not constitute:

  • Engineering advice
  • Structural evaluations

  • HVAC diagnostics
  • Roofing inspections
  • Legal advice
  • Insurance advice
  • Safety certifications

When specialized evaluation is needed, customers should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

14. NO GUARANTEE BASED ON WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful website information.

However, photographs, online forms, website descriptions, guides, and remote communications cannot always reveal every condition affecting a property or project.

Final recommendations and requirements may change after additional information or an in-person evaluation becomes available.
